We are going to take a 2-nights cruise trip from Victoria Island into Bella Coola (the so-called Discovery Passage) and they say we should see plenty of whales, seals and … dolphins 😉
Looks like a great itinerary! North of Seattle among the Orca islands, there are some nice looking camp resorts – very kid friendly. Whale watching trips leave from that area as well.
